Shweta Dinesh Kakade is the Director and visionary behind Kakade Food. With a strong academic background and over a decade of corporate experience, she has successfully bridged the gap between professional food engineering and traditional home-style flavors.
Professional Background
Shweta holds a Master’s degree (M.Tech) in Post-Harvest Process and Food Engineering from Gandhi Krishi Vigyan Kendra (GKVK), Bangalore, and a B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth (MPKV), Rahuri.
Before founding Kakade Food in 2019, she spent 12 years in the manufacturing sector with renowned firms. Her expertise spans food processing technology, equipment manufacturing, and industrial dehydration processes—knowledge she now applies to ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene in every Kakade Food product.
